Who knows about Asus (laptops)?

Im thinking to buy a lap top so i went to best buy last week and someate menciated Asus, id wait arround an hour but unfortunately there wasnt anyate available to help me, but anyway i think u ready know how is the costumer service over here in NY. So the thing is, that id like to know if this mark is good, the price is arround 500 (4 GB MEMORY AND 300 HARD D). ….THANKS
