How can I download Toshiba RAID Driver / Serial ATA Driver for toshiba Satellite A200-1dq. ?

I want to remove the win vista that came with it and reinstall windows XP. i\’ve been able to find the XP drivers for the notebook but I want to download Toshiba RAID Driver / Serial ATA Driver
