Where can I download a Video Driver for Compaq Presario 1685 laptop?

Official Compaq site offers the driver but the download option doesn’t work (and hasn’t worked since 2004)
I asked yesterday. If you answered – Thanks, but still no luck.
OS = Windows 98 SE
program = Sp1418.exe
