When would be best time to buy Dell XPS 1530? are there any new add ons coming soon?

Does anyone know when the new notebooks would go on sale?
im planning to buy the dell xps 1530 either this month or anytime between beginning of june and beginning of august… but i don’t know when the price will be at its lowest, and if there are any new specs coming out for this notebook soon… just need a little bit of info thats all=)
