What is best quality for video an a MacBook built in webcam?

my friend has a macbook (dont know the model) and the video quality is amazing, its like perfect but the 50 dollar webcam at the store isnt asg ood, why?
i need the most descriptions about the built-in webcam in a macbook!!
i wanna get a macbook 2, u recomend it???

Excellent entry level laptop, but if you can afford it the MacBook Pro is even better.
