What are some great reasons to get a macbook pro instead of windows laptop?

My company uses both windows notebooks and macbook’s.
I like mac’s and use them at home. I use a windows notebook at work but would like to switch it to a mac.
My boss needs justificatiat at why I need a mac vs a windows notebook.

1 Reason. You can run both windows and os x on a mac.

Macs looks cute and sleek, that’s about it though. Windows has the rest of the advantages. More power per dollar easily, can run almost anything on the native OS, and has more versatility in upgrading
MacBooks don’t get viruses from looking at pr0n like windows does. That’s what everybody has on their work computers anyway
its true you can run both windows and mac os on the mac , but myself i dont like mac and would say it depends……If im giving u an honest answer it depends on what u need to do with the computer at work , cause some things i will admit are easier on a mac depending on the windows computer that you are using too cause i got any mac beat or matched with my computer, but thats me. You should look into the tasks that u need to do with the computer and then find the ones that would be easier on the mac and tell him about those…….and by the way macs CAN get viruses its just isnt as common dont let them fool you………
You don’t need a Mac laptop. A Windows one does the job and does it cheaper.
But of course, you and I both know that Macs are still better, right? Well:
-You are more familiar with Macs, and could work faster on one
-Macs run faster than Windows PCs, so you can do more work
-Macs are designed so that you can do what you need to do more efficiently (access a document, etc.), Windows is not designed like that
-Mac keyboards are designed so that key combinations are very easy and quick to use, Windows ones are more awkward
That’s all I can think of. After all, you don’t actually need a macbook, so it’s gonna be hard to come up with good reasons. But I like Macs too so I hope your boss lets you get one!
you can run bootcamp, so u can use a pc if u need it.
NO viruses!!! so no need to call a repair guy cause of some viruses..
let me rephrase that.. macs do get em.. but the odds are very slim.. a person is going to make a viruses for a pc that will infect hundreds of thousands rather than a few macs..
plus, no crapware when u get mac.. remember on a pc, all that crap they asked u to sign up for? norton and whatnot?
plus, they are a lot easier on the eyes.. you dont have all these files on the desktop.
They are great for office productivity stuff if you run ms office or open office. They do photoshop stuff real well too, even better than most pc laptops. Other then that though, I would not get a macbook.
