Theres a beeping sound when i boot up laptop and windows doesnt boot up?

There is a continuous beeping noise that comes from the speaker when i boot up my notebook, and it does that for 1 or 2 minutes straight then it prompts me to choose which OP to boot up, so i choose windows. What do i do?
Its A fujitsu lifebook.
also: a week ago I spilled viatmin water on it.

1 of 2 options.
1.) RAM is ruined
2.) Video is going bad.
To fix #1, hopefully you have 2 ram sticks installed. Remove one, boot, see if it works. If it does, you found the bad stick of RAM. If it doesn’t, put the earlier removed stick of RAM back in, remove the other stick and try. If that works, then you’re golden. Just need to get a new stick of RAm.
If you only have 1 stick of RAM installed, download and run Memtest86 or a similar memory testing program and run it against your machine.
To Fix #2 buy a new laptop, unfortunately 95% of your laptops have the video card on the motherboard so the only way to fix is buy a new laptop or replace the motherboard.
ordinarily i would tell you to look up the error codes for your laptop but i’m afraid it’s fried.
