Sony vaio sound card driver download?

I have a sony VAIO laptop
VGN-FJ77C
model: PCG-7Q57
I can’t find it’s recovery disk.
Does anyone know where can I donwload it?
Or maybe sound card driver download link.
I’ve found one sound card driver, but when I install it says “no realtech High definition ……found”
What shoud I do? I have to fix it very quick, and withou going out. thanks
