Need help with an audio driver for a Toshiba Satellite?

the laptop i have is a Toshiba Satellite A305-S6837. it has vista and completely stock. the audio drive for the headphone out stopped working, its not an external problem, but internal. i need to re-install the driver for the computer but i am having trouble finding it. i will get 10pts. for best answer!
ok im a retard, i accidentally installed another driver, the speakers work fine but the headphone jack is screwed. i really need help here guys

There is no separate audio driver for just the headphone jack. If the speakers work, then the audio drivers are installed correctly and are working properly.
If only the headphone jack does not work, than this is a HARDWARE problem, and not a Software problem. It is not a matter of it being an internal or external problem.
So which is it? Has all the audio disappeared? Is your audio device still listed in Device Manager? Can you still hear audio out of the speakers?
