MSI wind mini laptop

i am thinking about getting this but i want to know if it is a decent computer. keep in mind it is a mini notebook so it isnt going to be as good as a normal one, but it is only $550. ok here are the specs: http://www.notebookmag.com/review/notebooks/msi-wind.aspx?mode=specs

If you want a really small portable notebook then MSI Wind is a pretty good UMPC. But the low powered single core Atom CPU, the small 10” display and the lack of an optical drive can pose some problems if you are planning to use it as your primary notebook.
For around $550 you can also get a much powerful (less portable) standard notebook. Like the following :
