macbook ????

I love graphic designing and playing with design programs. I think that the MacBook has a ton of applications through iLife ’08. Does anyone know of any other reasons to buy the MacBook (and is it that much worse than the MacBook Pro?) Thanks!

The MacBook Pro crushes the MacBook in terms of power: if u like graphic programs Get the MBP, it has a full
graphics card.
I have both, and the MBP is better, trust me.
Actually I have the 17” MBP the 15” MacBook Pro, as well as the Black MB.

There are plenty of other apps that are interesting and often free as well. I’ve linked below to a decent site for finding them. I think my main beef with the MacBook is that it only has integrated (as opposed to dedicated) graphics hardware, so it wouldn’t be much good for, say, playing games on compared to a MacBook Pro. If you only need a moderately powerful laptop, a MacBook would probably be fine.
