i need laptop help ! screen plays up ?

well i have this notebook its benq brand and my notebook screen freezes and then turns redish, i have to somewhat push hard at the screen to make it appear again but then if i move the notebook it goes back to the same stat that it was, i dat’tknow what to do i datt want to tell my parents because they will yell at me

send it back while it is still under warranty, its not your fault its faulty, but get it fixed now as when its out of warranty it will cost major bucks
Unplug it, take the battery out. Wait 10 minutes. Put the battery back in and plug it back in. Turn it on.
