I had same BSOD problem with Sony VAIO VGN-S360 laptop. Which latest ati driver to download and where?

The ati web site download “C:\ATI\SUPPORT\8-12_xp32_dd_72271″ does not recognize the video card in Sony notebook.
i\’m on Window XP SP2 (home). I down load and install the ati driver from Sony web site “ATDVID-00610808-US.exe” “ver 6.14.10.6430d” “10/18/2004. It was not good, same problem
