Hi all,
i\’ve a Fujitsu-Siemens Lifebook P7120. When I go to the Kingstat Memory selector it informs me that the maximum memory the unit can take is 3/4 Gig to 1Gig.
However, the Crucial Memory selector informs me that the maximum that the unit can take is 2Gig.
Has anyate upgraded to 2Gig? Is it worth the expense? (approx GBP£280 or USD$550)

2gig is a lot of memory so if you are the type of person who uses graphics and PC games go with the 2gig if not and you will use it for the basics like word and Internet etc… there is no need for so much memory.
Per you manual: 2GB
Main memory: Maximum of 2 Gbyte
2 slots* for 512 or 1024 Mbyte modules DDR SDRAM

If you are using Windows Vista, you may be interested in upgrading to 2GB RAM. But If you are using Windows XP, !GB will be just fine.
Don’t really need to spend that kind of money for the RAM.
