Ok, here we go:
Go to start, Control panel,Change computers theme,Click the appearance tab,Click the “Advanced” option, under the “item” scroll down to Icon.Once there change the size to any size you desire, hit OK,Hit the apply option if it is there. And wallah you have just changed your Icon size.
This will change the size of all Icons, not just one.If you want to just change one you will need a specialized program.
If you notice, when you are in the section to change the size there is also options to change the vertical and horizontal spacing,Be careful or you will mess up in an area that can change things on your desktop or start menu.(Unless of course that is what you want to do)
If I am not mistaken the normal Icon setting is 45.I personally run mine at 55.
I am sure this will get the results you are after.
