How Do I Get My Dell XPS M1530 to play blue ray?

Can anyate tell me how to get my dell xps m1530 computer to play bluray. Everytime I put in the disc it states it needs an update. I tell it to update. Then it states that the update is successful. When I try it a secatd time it states it needs an update again.

well what you are going to if you live in canada is phone 18663988977 if you dont ask them to trasfer you to the us one this should help if it dosent have blu ray player it wont play but im sure it does
