How do I enable webcam for Dell XPS to work with new AIM?

I downloaded the new aim program at my Dell XPS. The audio works fine but my video does not load? Is there a way to turn at the webcam that i\’m missing?

Does your webcam have any drivers or software? It’s possible that your driver has become corrupt or is out-of-date.
Although it was working before, follow the below instructions to make sure the settings haven’t changed:
1. Open AIM
2. Go to Edit > Settings > Enhanced IM > Audio and Video > Camera
3. Choose your camera as the default from the drop down list
4. Click Apply
5. Repeat the above steps until an image of your camera appears (make sure you do not click on video under the innovations tab)
6. Save any changes you make
Also make sure your integrated webcam settings are correct as well.
