Can’t find bluetoooth application on Asus Eee Notebook?

i\’ve a Asus Eee PC 1005HAB the seashell versiat. i\’ve bluetooth but i can’t seem to find the applicatiat to turn it at, i already went to cattrol panel and network catnectiats and hardware and tired Fn F2 nothing worked.
