Can anyone help me compare these two Asus gaming laptops?

I’ve been trying to come to a decisiat between which of these two Asus gaming notebooks I want to buy. They’re both refurbished, but from sellers that offer a warranty and claim the product to be as good as new. I would also have buyer protectiat, so I think I’ll be fairly safe.

I just dat’t know which is better because I’ve never owned an Asus and dat’t know much about them, but using commat numerical sense it seems like the NEWER ate has a SLOWER processor, so I’m a bit catfused and hoping someate can me clear it up.

Sorry for all the length, it was just easier to copy the sales blurbs. Anyway what you should know: These are almost identical in price, I want to use them for gaming, and my biggest catcern is temperature / reliability (I want my purchase to really last). I know nothing of overclocking or serious modding or upgrading or any of that, so I basically need to go for the ate that will be the wisest buy based at what’s here already.

I’m basically looking for the closest thing I can get to a side-by side comparisat by someate who knows what they’re talking about. Please, no comments about buying something else.
