ASUS Laptops Question. . . . ?

I’m planning on getting a laptop for my combined birthday/Christmas present. The main use of it will be to write – I probably won’t even get Internet – and so I’m looking into ASUS laptops for the size and price, plus they’ve been rated very good for journalists (although I’m a fiction writer). Anyway – my only concern is the screen size. I know I can always change the font size, but I don’t want to make it super big just to read it…
So, what I really want to know is what screen size you have and whether or not it’s hard/easy to read. I’d also love it if you could give me your model type and just your overall reviews of it, although it’s not necessary. Thanks guys. (;

There are a bunch of Asus laptops, so it depends on the ones your looking at, and screen size. The smallest ones are 7″, but quite inexpensive. You should look at some laptops at your local electronics store to see what screen size you might like. If you end with something small, you could always have a external monitor for when you use it at your desk (100-200$).
Look over some of these laptops for ideas and to read the reviews of the ones you like.
