Strange but I could not find anything. I did a search and found the unit but everything was in Chinese. Probably came in from the east to your location. Was never made for western hemisphere distribution is the reason the web site didn’t have anything. Contact where you bought it and see if they can help.

I have a Sony Vaio also, Sony can be very confusing, they have different model numbers depending on the country they sell it in. I think the model number of your computer is the VGN-FE35C which I know is sold in the Asia Pacific region, if you contact Sony Support you need to specify the country where the computer was bought because model #’s change by region. I noticed you have an Ethiopian flag as your picture, you might be able to find access to Sony support in Ethiopia from this webpage:
    http://www.sony-middleeast.com/service.asp
I live in Thailand with a Sony I bought in America, I was looking for a driver recently and had to e-mail the American support site and they e-mailed me back the web page with links to the driver. The webpage I sent you has links to Sony Support in Addis Abbaba, hpoefully they can answer your questions or direct you to the right place. Good luck.
