Theres a beeping sound when i boot up laptop and windows doesnt boot up?

There is a continuous beeping noise that comes from the speaker when i boot up my notebook, and it does that for 1 or 2 minutes straight then it prompts me to choose which OP to boot up, so i choose windows. What do i do?
Its A fujitsu lifebook.
also: a week ago I spilled viatmin water on it.

The “Eco Button” on Lifebook isn’t working. ?

I’ve had my Fujitsu-Siemens Lifebook P7120 re-imaged and I’ve lost the use of my “ECO Button”. Does anyone know what package I need to re-install to get this working again?

I’ve taken a look at the support page and I can’t find the software needed.

Why does macbook not respond for 4 minutes after start-up?

Ever since I installed Snow Leopard, when I start up my MacBook Pro, the keys and button on the mouse/track pad do not respond for about 4 minutes after a full start-up? i\’ve seen a simiat problem posted on the Apple support site, but no response or none that apple would allow. Has anyone had this issue and how can it be resolved?
